Tanks Attacking Back!

Fun new feature for the game is the ability for the tanks to attack the turrets. This is supported on a map-by-map basis, so a map can be created with the feature enabled.

When this is done, the tanks can fire lasers at the turrets. The turrets can be repaired with money, but can also be destroyed.

This is now available in 0.6.0, this release also adds ambience sounds for the rainy level, and the ability to repair the base for a cost, by clicking on it.
